It is very important for us to make our products most reliable and durable.

Therefore, we use only best quality materials of the leading global manufacturers. Particularly, all body and internal elements of our exhaust systems and decorative nozzles are made of stainless steel from 1 to 2 mm thick of the AISI 304L brand of the Italian production of MARCEGAGLIA Sr.a concern. It is high-class steel with high content of chrome and nickel responsible for anticorrosive and temperature resistant characteristics. Material is also chemically pure that provides long life cycle and mechanical stability at temperature stress.

For this reason our products keep almost invariable appearance, even after several years of exploitation , influenced by high temperatures and the hostile external environment.

We very thoroughly choose the suppliers our of materials and component parts as we well understand that it is a basis without which it is impossible to create completely qualitative product.

For exhaust systems, as sound-absorbing materials, we use special silicious ADVANTEX ECR fiber. It is modern, environmentally friendly material in the form of thin threads, which length containts more threads than in normal insulating material in 10-25 times that provides good sound-absorbing properties and interferes with destruction of insulation through "blowing" of fibers in course of time.

Initially material is packaged in special packages of different weight which are put afterwards in the muffler according to its necessary quantity for specific volume. It excludes errors in number of insulation connected with "a human factor" as packages are strictly dosed on the weight and provide environmental friendly production in a type of the fact that the worker doesn't inhale a particle of fibers as packaging is completely tight. Further, when heating package melts and fibers straighten completely and fill all cavities of baffle chambers remaining constantly in such state. The most important advantage of this material, also, is that it doesn't shrink in course of time, steady against acid and doesn't absorb moisture, is steady to very high temperatures. It gives us the chance to give on our mufflers the raised official guarantee not less than 3 years, isn't dependent on type and engine displacement and field environment.
